During this one-week period you must have the instructor’s permission number to add a course through ACES Web.

Drop/Add ends

No course may be added after this date, nor may any changes be made involving P/F grading or audit status in a course. Between this date and November 9th, students may withdraw from a course with permission from their respective academic dean only if they are carrying a course overload or for other compelling reasons. A grade of WP or WF will be assigned by the instructor.

Deadline for making course corrections

Any corrections in course enrollments require documentation of attendance history from the instructor and approval by your academic dean. Instructors are not permitted to make changes to a student's record.

Last day for declaring or changing a major before registration for Spring courses

If you declare or change a major before this date, you will register and receive a PIN from your faculty advisor in the area of the (new) major for use during registration for Spring semester. Pre-major students file long-range plans and declare majors only in the Academic Advising Center. Students who wish to change a major may do so in the Registrar’s Office (705 Broad Street, Rm. 202) or Student Service Center (101 Allen Building).
